Doctor Mower's $125.00 trip charge includes an at-home visit and a 30-minute diagnostic examination of your equipment. You will then be given a formal quote on the services recommended, including parts, labor and other charges like environmental disposal. Trip charge may vary based on mileage.

Our initial visit includes the trip fee and a diagnostic exam. You'll also receive a quote based on our findings for parts and labor. We can usually make the repair right away. If not, we will schedule a time to return. No additional trip fee is charged for return visits.

Appointments can be made quickly and easily online by clicking here or can be made over the phone by calling 336-621-4371. We'll set up a time that's most convenient for you. Our at-home service fee, also referred to as our "mobile trip charge," is $125.00 and includes our 30-minute diagnostics.

Our labor rate is $99.00 per hour. Parts are additional. There are also minor charges associated with the repair, including supply charges, EPA/Disposal fees and sales tax. All of these charges will be included in our quote. If the quoted repair is not done during our initial visit, but you decide to do it later (our quotes are good for 30 days), an additional $125.00 trip charge will apply.

If the repair requires a part to be ordered, we will order the part for you and set up a time to return to repair your equipment. If we find out that a part is unavailable or is back-ordered, we will select a suitable replacement. No additional trip charge will apply if we need to return because we needed to order a part.

We do offer many different package prices for annual and other maintenance services.
